Super easy to adjust the band, I made it a hair tighter so it would not slide up and down on my arm and i find it stays in place.
I found adjusting the date and time very easy to do, just a dew minutes and I was done.
Low profile so it is light with out being hit and uncomfortable. Slips easily under my shirt cuffs as well making it very versatile!
